Ray Hill founded Nexact Solutions in 2020 after more than two decades spent leading large-scale transformation initiatives across finance, shared services, global business services, outsourcing, process reengineering, and technology enablement.
A self-described "process nerd," Ray has built his career at the intersection of people, process, technology, and operating model design — helping organizations solve complex operational challenges where traditional approaches often fall short.
His experience spans Fortune 500 enterprises, private equity-backed organizations, and global operating environments, supporting initiatives ranging from finance transformation and ERP modernization to shared services evolution, process intelligence, and operational turnaround efforts.
